Yes, we take insurance!
We are in-network providers for Aetna, AvMed, and Beech Street. Marilyn also accepts Multiplan/PHCS/Medica (includes Mayo and others). Since each individual plan varies, please check with your provider prior to your appointment to see if nutrition is a covered benefit. We are out of network providers for Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care, Medicare, Tricare and MMSI. For these providers, we will gladly provide you with a receipt (after payment) for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
