Lindsey is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist. She graduated from the University of North Florida’s Master in Science and Dietetic Internship program. She enjoys working with all types of clients and helping them to achieve their personal goals. For her last semester of graduate school Lindsey interned at the UNF counseling center where she focused on working with clients with eating disorders. Lindsey was in charge of the nutrition counseling at a local clinic. At the clinic she worked a lot with client with type two diabetes.
Lindsey grew up playing all different types of sports and has always loved food. When it came time to choose a major nutrition seemed to be the best fit. During her time in undergraduate and graduate school Lindsey learned that not only does she love food but she loves working one on one with people and helping them have a better relationship with food. In her free time she likes doing a variety of outdoor activities such as running and walking with her dog.
