We now in-network health care providers for AETNA, AVMED, BEECH STREET, HUMANA, AND MEDICARE.

We are out-of-network providers for CIGNA, BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD, UNITED HEALTH CARE AND MMSI and will gladly provide a copy to the patient submit to their insurance company if it is out of network.
