Are you and your employees looking for answers to your questions on nutrition, exercise, weight loss and disease prevention?

Preferred Nutrition offers several nutrition, fitness and wellness programs that can be done onsite at your facility. These programs are led by a team of Registered Dietitians. We partner with a Psychotherapist, Certified Yoga Instructors and a Certified Fitness Instructor to help people improve their health, energy and well-being through nutrition, exercise and behavior modification.

We start with an assessment of what you have - looking at vending, food service options, and fitness opportunities. Then we ask the employees to complete a health risk appraisal and find out what they want. Setting up an incentive program then gets the ball rolling.

If you’ve already done that and identified nutrition as a desired component, then some ideas are:

*Hosting a walking challenge with pedometers and weekly check in and goal setting

*Evaluating the food service for healthy options

*Providing individual consultations and groups including Healthy Habits for Life

* Intuitive Eating

*Providing information at a health fair

*Lunch and learns with cooking demos

All sessions can include interactive activities and group discussions and can be supplemented with educational materials, meal and snack ideas, recipes and a list of resources.

Cost: to be determined based on the number of employees, length of program and extent of program material.
